Moxalight and its related services are offered to you by VMV Concepts, LLC 434 Nantucket Glen, Escondido, CA 92027. At VMV Concepts, (“VMV Concepts”,”Moxalightpro”, “Moxalight”, or “we”), our goal is to present you an opportunity to use our electronic devices. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) tells you how we collect, use, and share infomration that you share with us via our Moxalight devices, mobile apps, and websites, including www.moxalightpro.com, www.moxaledpainrelief.com, www.moxalight.com, and www.vmvconcepts.com (the “websites”). The Moxalight devices, mobile apps, and the websites are collectively referred to in this policy as the “Moxalight Services.” This Privacy Policy is part of our terms of use, which govern your access to and use of the websites and the Moxalight Services.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
VMV Concepts respects your privacy, and works hard to protect your information. Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using or submitting information to any part of the Moxalight Services. By using the Moxalight Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whenever you submit information via the Moxalight Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Moxalight Services collect information about you. In some cases, this information may include your name, address, and certain other information we ask you to share with us. Regardless of this source of this information, if it can identify you as an individual, we call this information “Personal Information.” We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily choose to provide such information, such as when you enter your personal data or set up an account on one of the websites or the app.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms and websites
Account Information. When you make a purchase on our online store, you have the option to check out as a guest or to create an account. If you create an account, your name, shipping address and order history is stored so we can process orders, handle returns and contact you with product news. Please note that your payment card information (number, expiration date, security code) is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, PayPal. We do not view or store your credit card information. You can read more about PayPal’s privacy policy and security practices on the PayPal website. The security of your user account relies on you and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and device at all times. If you believe that someone else has obtained your password, please change it immediately.
Website and App Analytics. As discussed above, VMV Concepts LLC has partnered with a leading analytics service provider to collect information about how our website and the Moxalight devices and software are used. This information does not include identifying information of users.
Visitor Information. If you visit our website, we collect and store some “visitor information” from you. This information may include the name of the domain and host from which you access the internet, the internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the date and time you visit our website, and the internet address of the website you visited before linking to our website. None of this information identifies you.
Other Ways that we Might Acquire Information About You
Customer Service. Whenever you contact VMV Concepts or Moxalightpro for help or other purposes, we collect your name and email address along with additional information so we can efficiently address your requests, and to improve the Moxalight Services.. If you contact Moxalightpro via public forums such as Facebook or Twitter, we cannot guarantee the privacy of you communication through third party channels. If you contact us by telephone, we may also keep record of that contact.
Product Reviews. If you publicly post a review of our product or the Moxalight Services, such as on Amazon, Facebook or on our website, we may post that feedback on the websites without any information that identifies you. If you contact us regarding a positive experience that you had with the Moxalight Services, we may ask for your permission to share your experience through a customer testimonial. Testimonials may include indentifying information, such as pictures or videos of you discussing the Moxalight Services, along with your first name. We will only share such testimonial information with your specific, written permission. Customer testimonials will be used for education, marketing and to help other individuals that may be considering the use of our products and services.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

VMV Concepts LLC and Moxalightpro will not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information except as described in this policy, as required by law, such as to comply with subpoenas or other legal process; or as required by an authorized governmebt oversight agency. We may use your email address to contact you in order to provide information about new or updated products, or other information important to Moxalight Service users. We may also contact you as part of the Moxalight Services, such as to send reminders regarding the Moxalight Services or to congratulate you on milestones.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
